The purpose of the Campus Building and Classification Status report is to offer up-to-date information on the current status of buildings across the campus. This report provides details on whether the buildings are active, under construction, in the planning phase, or in the process of being acquired by the university. The filters for the report are arranged by neighborhood, city, and status (building life cycle stage). Live-Density and Self-Reported Occupancy Building Dashboard (protected views)

This Tableau report provides comprehensive insights into building occupancy using both real-time sensor data and self-reported information, enabling a detailed analysis of usage trends over time. Note: This report requires access to FACAH protected views as a consumer.   Data Sources: Real-Time Sensor Data: The report utilizes occupancy sensors installed throughout the building to collect live data, providing metrics like Peak Occupancy and the Busiest Day. This information is displayed under the “Live Sensor Data” section, offering a snapshot of the highest traffic periods. Self-Reported Data: In addition to sensor data, the report includes self-reported occupancy information collected via a work location form. This data is shown under sections such as “Average Daily Occupancy” and “Weekday Average Occupancy,” breaking down the average occupancy per weekday. Visualizations: A Daily Occupancy Bar Chart presents a visual representation of building usage over the last three months, making it easier to identify patterns. An Hourly Occupancy Line Chart provides insights into peak and low traffic times throughout the day. The Weekday by Hour Occupancy Heatmaplocated at the bottom of the report, displays occupancy trends across different times of day, showing how building usage fluctuates by the hour for each day of the week. Darker shades indicate higher occupancy levels, allowing users to quickly spot peak times. Filters: Users can filter the data by region, building, floor, date range, and time of day to tailor the report for specific analysis. This report offers a clear and actionable view of building utilization patterns, helping facility managers optimize shared spaces based on both real-time and self-reported occupancy data.

Building Occupants Contact Info Detail Report

The Building Occupants Contact Info Detail Report provides current work location and contact information for employees who have been designated as “on-site” for applicable days for that location. The filters for this report require a neighborhood, building, and space selection with the option to select specific days. Any employees who have on-site days that align with the space selections will appear on the report. Any combination of on-site days can be selected, and only employees who meet any of those criteria will appear on the report. For employees with a Variable Schedule: this filter option should be selected to show employees who are designated to perform work on-site, but do not have a regular schedule of days they are on-site for their associated work location. Employees with a Variable Schedule will not appear on the report if this filter option is not selected.
