• Processed in Kuali Date: The default is based on transactions completed in the Last 2 weeks. However, the search filter can be applied in terms of Days, Weeks, Months, Quarters, or Years.
• Award Principal Investigator
• Award Lead Unit
• UCSD Award Number: Kuali Research Award Number
• Award PD Number: The Kuali Proposal development number for the Award.

This report contains many fields relevant to sponsor research agreements processed in Kuali Research Award Module. The report can be filtered by the following fields.

• Days Till End Date: there are various intervals pertaining to projects that are ending or have ended.
• Award Principal Investigator
• Award Lead Unit
• Sponsor Category: Filtered by default to Federally Funded Sponsors but it can be edited.
• Agreement Type(s): {Contract, Grant, Cooperative Agreement,Fellowship, Personnel Agreement}

• Award PD Number: The Kuali Proposal development number for the Award.

This report contains many fields relevant to sponsor research outgoing subaward agreements processed (or migrated) in Kuali Research Subward Module. The report can be filtered by the following fields.

• Subaward Active_Expired: The default is based on subawards that are Active (Overal End Date >= current date). However, one can still filter to Expired Subawards. 
• Subaward Number: Kuali Research Subaward number
• Subaward Requisitioning Unit Name: The campus unit requesting or managing the outgoing subaward.
• Award Principal Investigator

This report allows research administrators to search for and determine the status of Kuali Proposal Development records. The field PD Status Action can be used for filtering and determining if action is required by the Lead Unit, Sponsored Projects Office, or if record has been completed. Note that the report is filtered to PD Status Actions correspending to the Lead Unit/Department.

"Outgoing Subawards-Invoices Outstanding Approval Aging" contains two tableau report tabs that will allow users to view aging Outgoing Subaward Invoices in a summarized form by requisitioning Unit, and at the invoice id detail level. Aging is defined as the difference in days from the "Subaward Invoice Initiated Date" to Today (present day), and is filtered by invoices aging greater than 30 days, or less than or equal to 30 days.

Two reports:

• Outgoing Subawards - Invoices Outstanding Approval Aging by Unit: Displays the count of invoices, the average age, and invoice total by requisitioning unit. Users are able to Filter by Age greater than 30 days.
• Outgoing Subawards - Invoices Outstanding Approval Aging: Displays the unique aging invoices, and invoice amounts for all requisitioning units. Report users are able to filter by Requisitioning Unit, and Age greater than 30 days.

This Dashboard contains multiple reports and is intended to answer various business questions in one place while providing direct links to individual records.

Reports

1. Kuali Proposal Development Record Status: Use to search and find out if a proposal is pending department action, sponsored projects office action, or is complete. The report also contains links to the Kuali Research Proposal record, and several other informative fields.

2. Unfunded and Service Agreements - In Progress: Use to search and find out the Agreement Status (Pending-Compliances, Pending-Company, etc..) of Unfunded and Service Agreements in progress with OCGA and OCGA-SIO, as well as what compliances are pending, and the Contract and Grant Officer Assigned.

3. Research Awards - In Progress: Use to search and find out the Agreement Status (Pending-Compliances, Waiting for Response-Sponsor, etc..) of Sponsored Research Awards in progress with OCGA and OCGA-SIO, as well as which compliances are pending, and the Contract and Grant Officer Assigned.

4. Kuali Award Transactions Completed: Use to search for and view recent or older sponsored research award transactions by date the transaction was processed in Kuali or COEUS(legacy system) , as well has the transaction amount, and current award total. The report also contains links to the Kuali Research Award record incase you need to view additional award information, or obtain award documents.

5. Kuali Awards - Ending or Ended: Use to view list of sponsored research awards that will be ending or have ended by Sponsor Category; the default filter US Federal Government Agency sponsors but this can be edited as needed.

6. Kuali Outgoing Subawards Invoices: Use to search for outgoing subawards both Active(End date has not passed) and Expired (End date has passed), and view total obligated amounts , total invoice amounts, aging invoice amounts (invoice amounts that have not been approved in Kuali by the department), and Subaward Available Amounts. The report also contains Total Obligated Amount of the Kuali Award funding the subaward, as well as links to the Kuali Research outoing subaward record.

Also included as part of the Research Administration Activity Dashboard is a tab named Customized Report and Notification Instructions which provides step by step instructions for creating customized versions of the reports to fit your needs, as well as, instructions on how to subscribe yourself or others to these views for automatic notifications.
